Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled NICU
Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team. In
this role, you will provide specialized care to newborns requiring
intensive medical attention, supporting our mission to enhance
patient care. This position requires specialized knowledge in
neonatal care and respiratory therapies, working closely with a
team of healthcare professionals to deliver life-sustaining
treatments. Provide respiratory care and life support to newborns
with breathing disorders. Monitor and manage ventilation and airway
equipment for infants. Collaborate with neonatologists and nursing
team to implement comprehensive care plans. Educate parents on
infant care and respiratory treatment plans. Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings to review and discuss ongoing care.
In-depth knowledge of neonatal respiratory care techniques and
equipment. Proficiency in ventilator management for newborns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent
communication and teamwork capabilities. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RRT
certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist. Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
