Job Description:
U.S. Renal Care is seeking a dedicated Dialysis Registered Nurse
to join our team. This role primarily involves caring for patients
suffering from kidney diseases and handling dialysis treatments at
our state-of-the-art clinics. As a specialized nurse in our team,
you will play a crucial role in overseeing the dialysis procedure,
monitoring patient's conditions, educating patients about their
health, and maintaining accurate health records. We prioritize
creating a supportive environment that encourages your professional
growth and dedication to patient care. Administering dialysis
treatments to patients with kidney disease or kidney failure.
Monitoring patient’s vitals and conditions before, during, and
after dialysis therapy. Educating patients and their families on
kidney disease and dialysis treatment. Ensuring the dialysis
machine and other medical equipment are operating correctly and
safely. Documenting all treatment and health information accurately
and comprehensively in patient records. Collaborating with
physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patients’
treatment plans. Strong knowledge of nephrology nursing practices
and principles. Expertise in operating dialysis machines and
related medical equipment. Excellent patient monitoring and
critical thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal
skills, capable of educating patients and handling sensitive
information. Ability to adhere to hygiene and safety guidelines.

401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Certification in Nephrology Nursing (CNN) or Certified Dialysis
Nurse (CDN) is highly desirable.
