We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist physical therapists in the delivery of patient care, helping individuals recover and improve their mobility and quality of life. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on patient-centric care. Assist physical therapists in developing treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement specific components of patient care as instructed by the physical therapist. Document patient progress and communicate patient status to the physical therapist. Educate patients and families on exercises, therapies, and equipment used during treatment. Maintain equipment and ensure therapy spaces are clean and organized. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and practices. Proficient in documenting and reporting treatment results. Capable of managing physical demands of the position, including lifting and manipulating patients.
