Job Description:

healthcare in Texas. As a Registered Nurse in our Intermediate Care
Unit/Progressive Care Unit (PCU), you will have the unique
opportunity to provide care for patients with moderate stability
and some complex nursing interventions required. Our full-time
night shift role comes with a competitive sign-on bonus and offers

encouraged. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Monitor patient
health and administer care, including medication, treatments, and
interventions in patient recovery. Maintain patient records and
ensure documentation follows state laws and regulations. Educate
patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
Supervise nursing assistants and support staff. Adhere to
departmental policies, procedures, and safety standards. Strong
clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Advanced knowledge of infection control practices Medical Insurance
