find a qualified NICU RN in Plano, Texas, 75023! Job Opportunity –
NICU Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: January 14, 2026
Location: Plano, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; 4 weekend
shifts per 4-week schedule; no on-call required Highlights: 41-bed
Level II-III NICU with exposure to Level III-IV acuity Patient
ratios range from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity Advanced equipment
including HFOV, conventional vents, CPAP, NIPPV, central lines, and
ostomy care EMR systems: CPN and Meditech Collaborative team
environment with charge nurse and 9 RNs per shift Opportunity for
float to nursery as needed Requirements: Active RN license in Texas
(or ability to obtain) Level II-III NICU experience required Level
III-IV experience preferred Current BLS and NRP certifications
Experience with micropremie care, respiratory support, and surgical
neonates (excluding cardiac and neuro cases) Team-oriented mindset
