Intensive Care Unit (NICU) , providing advanced care for critically

high-acuity, supportive environment focused on compassionate,
family-centered care. Our growing neonatology practice is seeking a
BC/BE clinical neonatologist to join our team of 2 neonatologists!
This is a unique opportunity to join an established and
collaborative team of physicians. The opportunity offers 48-hour
in-house shifts with no neonatal nurse practitioner coverage.
Excellent facilities for working in-house shifts, including a
sleep/call room inside the main neonatology office, a kitchen area,
and your own designated office space. This dynamic practice offers:
30 bed, Level-III NICU Average daily census of 9-11 babies Strong
support staff including tenured nurses with low turnover Services
include high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide
Participation in quality improvement initiatives and the Vermont
