Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds -21 beds, 4
recovery rooms, 3 OR suites and 4 bed OBED Number of Staff 80 Type
of staff: Day Shift 1 charge, 10 -12 RNS, 1-2 OB TECHs, 1 unit
secretary Night Shift 1 charge 7-9 RNs, 1 OB tech, 1 unit
secretary/PCT Patient Ratios AWHONN staffing Standards Type of
equipment GE Fetal monitors, acumen, JADA, EMR Meditec and CPN On
Call Requirement none Floating Requirement May occasionally float
to Mother Baby or assist with feeder growers in NICU Typical hiring
profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and
sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be
considered for the role. Valid RN License, NRP, Intermediate Fetal
Monitoring. BLS, ACLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with
these skills will be considered first. STABLE, C-EFM Scrub training
List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Labor, deliver and
recover patients, circulate in OR, Care for high-risk Antepartum
patients as needed. Triage and assess pregnant patients at all
stages of pregnancy. Best personality Fit: Team player mentality,
flexibility, and positive attitude. Unit Guidelines/Policies:
Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Level IV
maternity center caring for routine and high-risk obstetric
patients. Required to be available for two weekends a schedule.
