Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: Not specified License: RN License required Certifications: Required certifications must be obtained Must-Have: - Orthopedics - Neuro / Spine - Robotics - Plastics - Trauma Description: The operating room unit has a dynamic environment with over 85 staff members. It consists of 23 beds, ensuring a patient ratio of 1:1. Staff includes charge nurses, coordinators, nurse managers, transport specialists, RNs, CSTs, and OR assistants across both day and night shifts. The department is staffed 24/7 and requires call rotations. Typical procedures performed include neuro/spine surgeries, orthopedic trauma, total joint revisions, and robotic surgeries (gynecological, colorectal, thoracic, urology). Candidates without the must-have skills will not be considered for the role. Candidates possessing additional skills will be prioritized. Scrub colors for nurses are to be either ceil blue or royal blue.
