Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - PACU Job Details: • Post-Anesthesia Care Unit nursing position • 1-2 positions available • Provide specialized nursing care for patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures • Monitor patients' vital signs and recovery progress in the immediate post-operative period • Assess and manage pain levels and potential complications during recovery • Collaborate with surgical teams and anesthesiologists for optimal patient outcomes • Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and recovery milestones Facility: This healthcare facility is a comprehensive medical center that provides advanced surgical and medical services to the community.
