Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active RN license
Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: 1 Year Med Surge experience

role. Description: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 36 Number of
Staff: Day Shift - 1 charge, 8 RNs, 3 CNAs Night Shift - 1 charge,
8 RNs, 3 CNAs Patient Ratios: 1:5 (flex to 6) Type of Equipment:
Telemetry EMR: Meditech Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most
Recruited For: Candidates with these skills will be prioritized.
Ortho and/or Trauma patient experience Typical Procedures
Performed/Common Diagnoses: Polytrauma patients Non-surgical
cervical fractures cleared by spine Ortho and trauma with
downgraded traumatic brain injury No more than 3 drains Burn
downgrades Heparin and Protonix drips Best Personality Fit: Team
player Unit Guidelines/Policies: Be on the unit by 0645/1845 for
Huddle. Tardy by Hospital Policy by 0653/1853. 4 weekend commitment
