expertise in managing stepdown or progressive care unit patients
with a compassionate approach. Key Responsibilities: - Provide
high-quality nursing care to stepdown and progressive care unit
patients. - Monitor patient conditions closely, interpreting
clinical data and responding appropriately. - Administer
medications and treatments per established protocols. - Collaborate
with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and
implement patient care plans. - Document patient care activities
accurately and timely. Desired Qualifications and Experience: -
Active and unrestricted RN license. - Proven experience in stepdown
or progressive care nursing. - Strong assessment skills and
clinical judgment in managing complex patient needs. - Excellent
communication and teamwork abilities. - Basic Life Support (BLS)
and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
preferred. Schedule/Hours: - Night shift: 7 PM to 7 AM. Location
