find a qualified NICU RN in Plano, Texas, 75023! Job Opportunity –
Registered Nurse NICU – North Texas Start Date: January 5, 2026
Location: Plano, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; 4 weekend
shifts per 4-week schedule Highlights: 41-bed Level II-III NICU
with potential Level III-IV experience Patient ratios range from
1:1 to 1:3, with occasional 1:4 assignments Experience with
high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, conventional vents, CPAP,
NIPPV, central lines, and ostomy care Care for micropremies,
surgical patients (excluding cardiac/neurosurgery), and complex
respiratory cases EMR systems: CPN and Meditech May float to
Nursery as needed Requirements: Current Texas RN license or ability
to obtain Level II-III NICU experience required BLS and NRP
certifications required Level III-IV NICU experience strongly
preferred Team-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills Why
