Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/03/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - PCU Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • 36 guaranteed hours per week • 13-week assignment length • Every other weekend schedule required • Call requirements: Yes • Float to other units as needed • 2 years of hospital experience required • 2 years of specialty experience required • Active RN license required (temporary licenses will not be accepted) • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH • MEDITECH experience preferred • PCU/Stepdown experience preferred • Work with MEDITECH documentation system • Provide care for progressive care unit patients with telemetry monitoring • Dress code: Royal blue scrubs required • Clean and healthy nails only (no artificial nails, gel, or extensions) • Hair must be neat and clean, pulled back if shoulder length or longer • Body art should be covered whenever possible • Visible piercings other than ears prohibited • Must follow company-wide attendance policy Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive progressive care unit with telemetry monitoring on the 7th floor.
