In this role, youll blend clinical expertise with leadership and operational management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care and skilled in building a positive clinic culture that fosters clinical excellence and teamwork.Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including staffing and scheduling Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy care Develop individualized treatment plans and track patient progress Mentor and support staff, including onboarding and continuous development Collaborate with marketing and physician relations teams to grow clinic volume Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards Foster a patient-centered, team-oriented environmentQualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current Texas Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain prior to start date) 2+ years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Passionate about mentorship, growth, and delivering exceptional care#INDPTby Jobble
