  The Baylor Heart Hospital Plano is a Cardiovascular Universal Bed Model unit that spans TelePCU to ECMO. The unit cares for patients with heart, lung, and vascular conditions, including CV surgeries, LUMBAR, ECMO, CRRT, Balloon Pump, Impella, and CRRT.
  
  Responsibilities
  
  • 
    
  • Conduct detailed clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs
    
  • Create, implement, and evaluate care plans to achieve desired outcomes
    
  • Build relationships with patients, families, and staff to provide therapeutic connections
    
  • Develop and implement education plans to empower patients, families, and community members
    
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create care plans and delegate tasks effectively
    
    
    Requirements
    
    • 
      
    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
      
    • Minimum 1 year of recent full-time experience in Telemetry, Cardiac Progressive Care, Cardiac Intermediate Care, or Cardiovascular ICU
      
    • Registered Nurse (RN) certification
      
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
