As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address these needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and medication administration records.Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Experience working in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit or similar setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
