Cornea Consultants of Texas (CCT) seeks a fellowship-trained, partnership-track surgeon to join a busy practice of two full-time ophthalmologists. Founded in 2013, CCT is a growing, referral-based sub-specialty cornea, anterior segment, and refractive surgery practice. CCT is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, with offices in Arlington, Fort Worth, and Plano.We are looking for a highly-skilled surgeon who values empathy and patient education. A team-oriented attitude and excellent clinical skills are required. The ability to interact with and forge lasting relationships with referral doctors is imperative.We offer a competitive salary with incentive bonus, a comprehensive benefits package (health insurance, 401(k), malpractice insurance, CME reimbursement, etc.), state-of-the-art facilities, and the opportunity for partnership. We are entirely physician-owned and the position is partnership-track.The Arlington location is only a few blocks from an experienced ambulatory surgery center (ASC) with a femtosecond laser. The Fort Worth location is in an office building with an ASC on-site. A third surgery center is available near the Plano location. Opportunities exist for ownership in the ASCs.Dallas-Fort Worth is a culturally thriving and rapidly growing metropolitan area that hosts nearly unlimited options for shopping, dining, the arts, professional sports, and more. The area boasts a great cost-of-living and school systems. Tort-reform and no state income taxes make Texas a great place for doctors to settle.The candidate must have cornea fellowship training and must be board certified or eligible.
