  Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a--Travel - Mammography Tech Shift:--Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week Length:--13 weeks Requirements:
  • TX license
  • 2 years experience
  • BLS
  • Digital - required
  • 3D - required
  • Graduation from high school or equivalent and completion of a training program in imaging technology from an accredited school
  • Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program and hold current certification by ARRT in Radiography
  • ARRT advanced level certification in mammography with documentation of clinical experience, or MQSA qualified and (M) registry eligible
  • Current on all required continuing education and continuing experience as required by MQSA and ARRT
  • 2 years of experience in Mammography preferred
  • Knowledge of database software, RIS/PACS software and eRad is preferred
  • Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred
  • Prior quality control experience preferred Other Details:

Individual must maintain a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure technique.
