The Clinical Support Resource RN supports high quality, patient-centered care by offering feedback, guidance and mentoring to new graduate nurses and/or nurses that are transitioning to a new specialty. This role supports multiple units with non-traditional, flexible shift times and some weekends. The CSRN provides guidance and education on the hospital's standard of nursing practice, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all accrediting and regulatory agency requirements.     • Performs rounds on each nursing unit.
    • Observes and assesses the quality of patient care being delivered.
    • Identify nursing educational needs.

    • Ensure that nurses within scope of support have a clear understanding of how to integrate patient experience into nursing practice.What qualifications you will need:
      • Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
      • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
      • Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date
      • NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
