Description:Back Office Assistant: Our Back Office Medical Assistants work directly with a Primary Care Medical Practitioner to assist in managing their patient flow anddaily schedule. Duties will include patient rooming to efficiently meet dailyappointment schedules, reviewing presenting issue, visit notes, history,orders, and updating appropriately within the EMR, performing vitals, andassisting physicians with exams and/or procedures as required.Shift: M-F 8-5 Skills:Certified Medical Assistant, CRMA, Registered Medical AssistantAdditional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years related experience, preferably in a Primary Health Care setting
• Certified Medical Assistant - MUST BE CURRENT!
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experienced in properly handling confidential and sensitive information; knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
