We are looking for a dedicated Electrophysiology Lab Tech like you
to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe EP Lab
Tech will:
- Identify steps in established procedures to provide technical
assistance for selected diagnostic and interventional
electrophysiology procedures, which include supply, equipment
operation, monitoring, imaging and use of medical devices
- Use hemodynamic and ECG monitoring, including interpretation of
data.
- Scrub assist for all diagnostic and electrophysiology
procedures including preparation of supplies and instruments,
preparation and maintenance of the sterile field, preparation and
manipulation of cardiac catheters, guide-wires and devices
- Injection of contrast media and medications from the sterile
field as directed and supervised by the physician
- Documentation of procedures and patient information according
to hospital policy.
- Assist to coordinate procedure schedule as assigned
- Assist with inventory control as directed by the supervisor /
manager
- Support the mission, vision, and values of the organization

What qualifications you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of
employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of
employment start date
- Associate Degree
- Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Registered
Radiographer (ARRT), or Work Experience in lieu of Degree must be
obtained within 2 years of employment start dateThis role requires
you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and
/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious
exemption is approved).Medical City Plano opened in 1975 and
