Job Description:
Analyzes process performances using quality tools and
methodologies -- Pareto charts, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
(FMEA), process and control assessments, and trend and control
charts. Tracks analytical factors on a weekly basis -- control
charts, risk prioritization numbers, process capability benchmarks,
and trends in client impacting events and audits, and internally
tracked errors. Collaborates with business partners on the
execution of projects using XTRAC workflow. Develops and interprets
information to assist management with decision making, policy
formulation, or other managerial functions by formulating and
applying mathematical modeling and optimizing methods. Primary Responsibilities: Provides project management, including scope management,
integration management, time management, cost management, quality
management, resource management, communication management, and risk
management (documenting operation risk). Facilitates small team meetings across business and systems
teams. Serves as a shared point of contact between business and
technology stakeholders. Develops recommendations to address gaps, risks, and
inefficiencies in processes. Executes on the resolution of project related issues. Provides context to monthly reports and develops root cause
analysis (RCA) reports and quarterly business reviews, using
Tableau and Business Objects (BO) Assesses current processing methodologies, identifies current
controls, and reworks loops. Validates evidence of controls and reviews process documentation
to ensure process capability. Analyzes information obtained from management to conceptualize
and define operational problems. Identifies plans that will offer the best outcomes by analyzing
alternative course of action information. Manages the control environment and assesses potential risk to
the business, client, or participant, using industry, business, and
regulatory knowledge. Identifies areas in need of quality services and sends expansion
requests to designated quality leaders for consideration in
expansion efforts. Leads high visibility projects related to the creation and
improvement of quality products and services within the Quality
Management System (QMS). Collaborates with senior managers to identify and solve problems
and clarify management objectives. Supports investment opportunities and implementation by
processing data, monitoring results, and participating in ongoing
communications with the business. Collaborates with auditors, issue researchers, and peers to
deliver quality products and services. Collects and analyzes data and develops decision supporting
software, services, or products. Develops and supplies optimal time, cost, or logistics networks
for programming evaluation, reviewing, or implementation. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Applied Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered
or three (3) years of experience performing brokerage services
quality management including, auditing, reporting, and creating
process improvements for brokerage processes -- new accounts,
maintenance, and transfer of assets. Or, alternatively, Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science,
Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year
of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience
performing brokerage services quality management including,
auditing, reporting, and creating process improvements for
brokerage processes -- new accounts, maintenance, and transfer of
assets. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) coordinating, coaching, and
providing quality for brokerage account setup, maintenance,
cashiering, and transfer of assets control across business units --
clearing, institutional wealth service, and family office -- using
Business Objects (SAP) and Tableau; and recording requirements,
defects, and test plans and cases results using NICE. DE performing data analytics of the customer journey across
distribution channels -- phone, Web, and retail investor centers --
to identify process improvement opportunities used to drive scale,
efficiency, and quality improvements using quality tools (failure
modes and effects analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis, and
critical to quality). DE generating and collating data for analytical purposes --
increasing productivity, improving quality score, reducing cost,
and acting as a member of a project team responsible for driving
scale and efficiency -- using Business Objects (SAP) and Tableau;
and managing financial quality assurance projects using Agile tools
and methodologies -- Scrum, Kanban, and Jira. DE gathering and interpreting business and stakeholder
functional and technical requirements, analytical strategies, and
data transformations to support and inform business decision making
within a direct to consumer financial services company -- finance,
distribution, products, marketing, sales, and service domains --
