• 5-10 Years of experience in a BSA, Product Owner, Product Manager role
• At least 3 years as a Product Manager specifically
• Experience with FactSet or similar financial data software
• Experience working with SS&C products

  • Open to hybrid working Day-to-Day:A financial client is looking to bring on a Product Manager to support the day to day product lifecycle for a financial data software. Your responsibilities will include:
    • Assist in developing a strategic technical roadmap
    • Ability to present to all levels of organization, adopting the proper level of technical detail to suit the audience
    • Traditional Production Support -
    • Manage user access/permissions - FactSet (frontend UI that biz users interface with and they need to provision user with access) - admin and set up accounts/users
    • Understand system architecture and technical constraints
    • Collaborate with Engineering teams on troubleshooting and providing guidance on system integration issues and working to resolve them.
    • Establish metrics to measure product delivery
    • Handle FactSet vendor relationship
    • Build new capabilities
    • Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment and successful delivery of functionalities and new applications
    • Manage a backlog of requirements based on business group's input, business value and technical feasibility
