We respect diversity and will continuously strive to be a respected global corporate citizen.Job SummaryThe Director of the South Central Regional Sales office will be responsible for all of the success of the South Central Regional, and will manage sales and operations of both the direct and indirect sales channels. This role will lead the sales teams in creating new business and sales opportunities and managing existing relationships and accounts. This person in this role will strive to lead the growth and overall performance of the region, aligning with the Companys goals, targets, and objectives.The ideal candidate will have experience leading a successful sales team, possess a strong business acumen, and will have a proven record of success in corporate sales, inside sales, or outside sales in the B2B arena in trailer manufacturing, trailer/truck parts and service, or commercial vehicle/truck bodies. This position may serve as backup to the Sr. Director of the region as needed.Essential FunctionsSales New & Existing Accounts (Direct/Indirect)Manage the regional sales team, provide the overall direction and support to develop new business and sales opportunities, and build upon existing relationships to achieve company and regional goalsManage and support the regional indirect channel partnersTravel to attend trade shows, industry and customer events, pilots/inspections, and plant toursMaintain awareness of current industry news and trends, market, and competitor activityPromote new initiatives that will expand the companys overall product lines and service offeringsManagementManage and develop the regional team, including goal setting, performance reviews, individual/team meetings, and identifying skills gaps for the purpose of employee developmentSales Process & SupportCommunicate with customers regularly to align on needs and expectationsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver an unparalleled productEssential Functions (Continued)Facilitate and monitor the entire sales process from order to payment receipt through internal channelsOperationsMonitor and oversee the regional performance including, but not limited to Sales, Accounts Receivable, and InventoryOversee day-to-day operations, including PO approvalOther duties as assignedMinimum Education and Experience RequirementsBachelors Degree12 years of sales experience including, but not limited to, corporate sales, inside sales, outside salesStrong communicator with the ability to analyze and present important sales data/information to the Executive TeamProven record of success in managing a high-volume and high-dollar book of businessStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage a successful sales teamStrong proficiency with software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics, CRMPreferred Education and Experience RequirementsLanguage RequirementNoneTravel RequirementsUP to 50%The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.Hyundai Translead is an EEO/AA/Disability/Vets EmployerReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential Jobble
