Staff Platform Product Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Platform Product Manager.
Responsibilities:

Evangelize and promote shared platform services across all products, enable teams for easy adoption and create strong alignment between teams
Analyze and develop requirements around user needs by partnering with sales, solutions engineering teams, and customers
Prioritize, build, and deliver API capabilities, coordinate release, launch, and upgrade of platform services, and ensure efficient customer onboarding and utilization of new features

Qualifications:

8+ years of progressive experience in product management, with 2+ years in a functional leadership role
Bachelor's Degree in STEM preferred
Strong developer empathy, experience working on large scale platforms, and knowledge of REST, GraphQL, Web Hooks, OAuth, Open API Spec, Swagger, Developer Portal, and API Gateway
Comfort working in an enterprise environment and technical fluency to bridge user and engineering communities
Prior experience with cross-departmental collaboration and working with enterprise clients and external stakeholders
