A company is looking for a Community Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and selecting experts for the community
Manage and optimize the activities of community experts
Support customer onboarding projects and maintain client relationships

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication
Prior experience in community management or digital platform management
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and eCommerce metrics
Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
Creative mindset with a passion for brands and customer experience
