As a Product Design Lead, you will leverage your deep understanding of research and experience design for digital products to generate innovative solutions that solve customer problems. You'll be at the forefront of strategic design efforts and you will be directly responsible for decisions that form client experiences at scale. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including other researchers, product designers, content writers, product managers, engineers, and business partners who share your passion for delivering unique and innovative financial digital products and services of all kinds, including payments and related banking experiences.

  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  
  • 
    
  • 3+ years of design experience within the industry; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical work experience in Research or Design
    
  • You have experience working within -design systems: preferably -enterprise/consumer/complicated user journey experience -leading Usability Testing, including script writing, etc.
    
  • You have -hands on -design experience within -Figma -or Sketch; familiarity with -designing for Accessibility
    
  • You have experience -communicating with stakeholders -as well as -Development & Product teams
    
  • You have knowledge of user experience research tools and techniques and know the strengths and weaknesses of each; You can distill complicated problems defined through research into simple and elegant solutions
    
  • You have an online portfolio demonstrating superior experiences (required for application - Please note we cannot access file sharing tools e.g. DropBox)\You are willing to work outside of 9am-5pm hours at times to accommodate communications with international
    
  • You can make decisions that guide the product direction with little information. Have an understanding of what makes an experience good or bad is critical. You can think through user problems, find reasonable solutions, mock them up in detail, and work with engineers to build them. You have the ability to influence others and provide thought leadership on design based on research findings. A self-starter who actively seeks ways to uncover user needs and know how to transform them into experiences. - Ability to synthesize complex, interdependent, and sometimes competing needs. Understand the technical limitations and liberties behind your decisions and have enough chops to communicate your ideas to our engineers. You actively listen, hear and understand what is said and not said, with nuanced comprehension of meaning and intent
