partnership with an acquired risk management consulting firm, is
growing, and we are seeking a talented professionals to join our
north Texas location. It's an exciting opportunity to make an
impact not only with our clients but especially become the leader
of the risk management consulting firm.We are currently seeking a
professional consultant to (a) take over the existing clients of
the acquired firm but also (b) develop and grow with the acquired
firm's risk management practice across the US market.If you are
entrepreneurial and enjoy providing advisory expertise to clients,
this is a unique opportunity to become part of our collaborative,
energetic and entrepreneurial team at L&E and this
entrepreneurial risk management firm. We are looking for someone to
lead, sell, and provide fee-basis consulting services to firm
clients.About the acquired risk management firm: Over 20 years as
experience as an industry leader in managing risk renewals,
insurance analysis projects, captives, cell or rent-a-captives,
deductible plans, quota share plans, and retrospective rating
plans. It has had success in several industries including, but not
limited to, real estate, financial institutions, manufacturing,
life sciences, and high-technology. The primary revenue model is
fee-only as opposed to commissions.Qualifications, Education, and
Experience Requirements:Extensive knowledge of insurance policies
terms and conditions, particularly within the property casualty
space, including negotiating manuscript endorsementsStrong desire
to lead, operate, and manage an established risk management
consulting firmSignificant insurance and risk management experience
(at least 5-7 years)Knowledge of complex risk financing
strategiesAbility to negotiate manuscript endorsementsProven record
of business development generation.Strong communication,
interpersonal, project and organizational skillsGood presentation
skillsAttention to detail and commitment to taskStrong project
management skillsThorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
softwarePreferred Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
from an accredited college, accredited by an accreditation
organization that has been reviewed and approved by the US
Department of Education or accredited by the appropriate
governmental agency if the degree was obtained outside the United
States.Language SkillsAbility to read/write reports, business
correspondence, technical procedures and governmental regulations.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
from groups of prospects and clients as well as managers and other
employees within the company.Mathematical SkillsStrong mathematical
aptitude and strong analytical skills.Reasoning AbilityAbility to
solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete
variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written
