Job Description:
Job Summary:The Risk Management Analyst will report to the VP of
Risk Management. Core responsibilities involve supporting multiple
lines of insurance programs with ongoing administration;
participating in the development and execution of risk management
processes. Maintaining and improving the quality of the data in the
RMIS (Risk Management Information System) Origami Risk will be a
key component of the position. Candidates must be creative have
excellent analytical and communication skills and thrive in a high
performance culture. The primary Risk Management responsibilities
will include insurance program coordination and review; Working
with various departments to compile and analyze underwriting
information; and management of internal and external certificates
of insurance. Strong customer service to Aimbridge internal and
external customers is
paramount.Responsibilities:QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in risk
management business-related program preferred or equivalent
education and/or experience required.Preferred minimum one to three
years of experience in an insurance role or similar
position.Ability to analyze data and create useful reports and
tools.Exceptional analytical skills with attention to
detail.Requires very good understanding of risk management and
insurance.Must work well in both independent and team
environments.Strong prioritization and project management skills
the ability to manage several concurrent projects and ability to
organize and manage projects to meet deadlinesExcellent written and
verbal communication skills including customer service.Strong PC
skills including MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe
Acrobat.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in managing the RMIS system
which includes but not limited to the following:In Collaboration
with the RMIS provider and risk management team implement and
deliver RMIS based projects as needed (project management may
include research, deliverable timelines, project development, Q/A
testing and training)Own and when needed improve the department's
RMIS workflows and procedures to enhance our service
delivery.Analyze key performance indicators and report results with
recommendations to the risk management departmentAnalyze key
performance indicators and report results with recommendations to
operations. (by hotel vertical)Maintain supporting data of hours
worked employee counts by location building valuesAssist with
management of OSHA recordable reporting and manage the annual
distribution of the OSHA 300 logsSupport owners operations HR with
reports and data requestsMake changes to the system as needed to
accommodate enhancements requests.Serve as the RMIS product subject
matter expert interfacing with internal and external risk
management customers.Responsible for supporting the risk team in
regards to insurance reporting analysis and compliance needs.Track
insurance coverages by hotel gather claims reporting kits.Oversee
issuance of certificates of insurance and auto insurance
