Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsThis position will be accountable for the Maternal Fetal Institute (MFI) Clinic accepting responsibility for all department functions including daily clinic operations and outreach endeavors. This position requires an RN license thereby accepting responsibility for critical thinking decisions within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.Primary Functions:
  • Accept responsibility for patient safety of the clinical (inpatient and outpatient) practice environment for all MFI patients.
  • Develop and strengthen referral physician relationships collaboratively with HCA division sales team and the AVP of Women's Business Development
  • Service line specific Strategic Planning.
  • Actively participate in the division outreach program
  • Achieve operational metrics (patient satisfaction, physician satisfaction, quality and referral growth)
  • Create and maintain department dashboards specifically outlining strengths and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support physician relations within the hospitalist group that is providing care in the MFISecondary Functions:
    • Marketing/Communications Plan and Material
    • Budgeting and Fiscal Management of the department
    • Cost Containment (Supply Chain)
    • Facility DevelopmentWhat qualifications you will need:
      • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required
      • Minimum of 3 years practice as RN in NICU or Obstetrical Areas
