The result is increased retention, higher engagement, and healthier and happier people.What You'll DoAs a Tenant Experience Manager at lulafit, you will be managing on-site amenities and hospitality services at a commercial office building. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop collaborative partnerships, create and launch new programs, and enhance the overall tenant experience. You will also be accountable for helping to develop our processes, programs, and people to ensure we achieve our goals. How You'll Do It

  • Oversight of tenant satisfaction and engagementFoster client relationships with corporate partners in the building
  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the fitness center, conference centers, lobby, and other amenity spaces
  • Host and support meetings and events for tenants in amenity spaces. including but not limited to set up, catering, and A/V
  • Teach regular group fitness classes to tenants OR source and manage a group fitness instructor to teach regular classes
  • Manage and stock pantry service for tenants
  • Oversee arrival and departure experience of tenants
  • Plan and execute regular tenant engagement events
  • Develop partnerships with local vendors for events
  • Manage registration, execution and follow-up
  • Oversee marketing strategy of all programs and offerings to tenants of building
  • Create materials such as tenant newsletters, special promotional materials and signs
  • Drive activation through marketing outreach and partnerships with tenants in the building
  • Accountable for site budget and presenting monthly financial reports
  • Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with building management to review success metricsKey Competencies

      • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
      • Previous management or supervisory experience
      • CPR and First Aid Certifications (required within first 30 days)Previous experience creating budgets and reading P&L reports
      • Proficient in Google suite and MS Office (Word and Excel)Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not required
      • Group fitness instructor certification is preferred, but not required
