HR Manager - Plano - 100% onsite Our Client, a nationwide company within the real estate industry is growing and has a need to hire an HR Manager to join their team! - This position requires someone that has experience managing, mentoring and coaching teams with the ability to work through the "gray" areas of HR when needed, make recommendations to leadership and to also determine risk. - This HR Manager will collaborate with the leaders of their entities to assist in employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, HR policy review and employee engagement. - -To qualify for this role, you must possess the following:

• 5+ years of HR experience with a minimum of two years managing a team
• Must come from a corporate environment (no manufacturing, distribution, etc.) -
• Must be well versed in employee law - multi state is a high preference
• Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels
• ADP Workforce Now is a high preference but not required
