For more information, visit Amdocs at -www.amdocs.comIn one sentenceThe Global Real Estate Manager role will be -leading over 52 sites in strategic planning for leasing sites and site optimization, day-to-day real estate operations, construction projects, vendor oversight, negotiations and all other functions relating to internal customer office site needs. -What will your job look like?Advises and manages end to end site selection, space optimization, leasing space and other functions relating to space requirements. -Analyzes and interprets complex market trends and factors to develop and maximize use of real estate holdings.Analyzes and interprets business proposals, layout design, customer trends and needs, project phasing, capital and operating expenses and revenue projections.Negotiates and interprets lease agreements, including determination of the best negotiating positions. -Resolves tenant operating and lease issues.Provides immediate supervision, monitors workflow, assigns tasks, goals and objectives. -Responsible for defining and planning the real estate strategy which address KPI's, goals and objectives.Supervise and direct outside resources such as legal, architects, general contractors, project managers and othersWork with other teams such as IT, Security, Procurement, etc. to ensure company's policy and local requirements are implemented. -Responsible for the real estate operations and capital expense budgets.Manage 5-100 sites directly or indirectly, manages 2-10 employees directly, manage matrix contractors and vendors contracts.Manage small, medium and large projects with different level of complexitiesAll you need is...Bachelor s degree and five years' experience in commercial real estate property management, project management and/or similar to roles described above.Three years supervisory or management experience.Basic experience in financial planning & control.Experience in project management from planning to execution. - -Proficient with power point, graphs, excel, analytics and charts.Proven leadership, strategic agility, collaborations, team work and conflict resolution skills.Why you will love this job:You will be working with different kind of vendor and contractors management,.Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of both Real Estate and FacilitiesYou will have ability to optimize building/s efficiency and strive to lower costs. -#LI-HybridAmdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
