Job Description:

This Analyst Relations Manager will work as a member of a global team to represent NTT DATA and its global services strategies & capabilities to industry analysts who advise enterprise customers on purchasing decisions. The role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with analysts to help build better credibility that strengthens the NTT DATA brand in published research. They will connect business leaders to these analysts to uncover new perspectives that help shape offering strategies through ongoing analyst engagement.Responsibilities might include:

• Create, execute and manage analyst relations plans that align to NTT DATA corporate strategies.
• Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with industry analysts, ensuring they aware of NTT DATA's strategy, portfolios, current messaging and relevant key executives.
• Support and offer guidance for optimal performance in critical ranking reports, including Magic Quadrants, Waves, Marketscapes and PEAK Matrices.
• Provide analyst relations support at industry events and NTT DATA events.
• Plan and execute analyst engagements, across all interaction types: briefings, advisory days inquiries, etc.
• Leverage team tools that create greater efficiency and provide metrics for accurate reporting
• Foster relationships between executive stakeholders and industry analysts.
• Ensure appropriate topic SMEs are connected to drive and enhance AR results across multiple geographies, teams and relevant business groups.Skills/Criteria Required:
  • Experience working with analyst firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, etc) and analyst reports
  • Excellent interpersonal and executive presence skills, including a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships across many functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to think and react quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English & ability to work in US time zones primarily, and global time zones on occasion.
  • Ability to synthesize, interpret and summarize third-party analysis and research for cross-functional audiences.
  • Experience interacting at all levels of a company, including senior management.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently; comfortable working with remote colleagues and stakeholders; experience working across disciplines and geographies.
  • Comfortable with technology concepts and a general knowledge of the IT Services industryPreferred skills and experience:
    • Knowledgeable of various cultures; experience working with an international team.
    • Self-organized, team player with a demonstrated ability to achieve objectives.
    • Proficiency in using online tracking and measurement tools desired; experience in data analysis desired.
