the Global Deputy Chief Compliance Officer is looking for a
passionate and highly motivated Global Enterprise Risk & Governance
Sr. DirectorThe primary responsibility of this role is to lead
refining and driving the vision, mission, and direction for a
global risk assessment and governance strategy with the goal of
ensuring consistency and accountability across Toyota's global
operations.Reporting to General Manager, Global Risk Management and
Compliance the person in this role will support the Office of the
Global Deputy Chief Risk and Compliance Officer's objective to lead
and manage an enterprise compliance risk management program
coordinating with Risk Management and Compliance partners and
business leaders to design and deliver risk assessment and
governance frameworks and tools to support strategic business
decisions at all levels of leadership, from risk owners to Toyota's
global executive management.What you'll be doing--- Drive execution
of risk assessment program, partnering with regional, country, and
subsidiary executives and business leaders on best practices and
ensuring active Yokoten for consistency across global operations.a.
Design and actively manage framework and process to assess
Enterprise Risk (TGRS), Operational Risk, and Anti-Bribery and
Anti-Corruption Risk.b. Assist with the mitigation of compliance
risks by conducting market/business unit compliance risk
assessments.--- Provide oversight for the Global Code of Conduct
and related policies, as designed by Global Compliance, creating
visibility and access to global standards.a. Assist in drafting and
assembling comprehensive risk assessment reports, policies, and
procedures.--- Actively coordinate with partners across the global
enterprise to develop and deliver Gemba-informed risk tools,
mitigation plans, and relevant key risk indicators (KRIs).a. Engage
stakeholders at various levels of the organization to identify and
discuss the root causes of key compliance risks and propose
recommendations to mitigate those root causes.--- Drive ownership
of regional risk management programs and support execution of risk
management activities, ensuring a consistent approach and tone
across global operations.a. Develop, deliver, and maintain
Enterprise & Strategic Risk Toolkits.b. Establish global Strategic
Risk Sensing and Monitoring capabilities.c. Coordinate, assist, and
design integrity and risk-specific training.--- Oversee the
development and implementation of the global compliance training
and communications strategy for the Code of Conduct, global
policies, and regional-specific policies.--- Ensure a shared
culture supporting active and informed risk management via
executive and business level forums, including the Global Risk
Yokoten Council & DCRO Global Roundtable.What you bring---
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields required.--- Solid combined
experience in Risk Management, Assessment, and Compliance
operations.--- Solid experience in leading cross-functional teams
through large-scale, global, multi-year programs and related change
management.--- Practical knowledge of compliance programs and risk
management (e.g., workplace compliance, FCPA/anti-bribery, and
corruption).--- Demonstrated success partnering and influencing
leadership at all levels of the business, including top executive
management.--- Outstanding judgment and discretion while handling
confidential information and maintaining a high level of
confidentiality.--- Excellent communication skills - written,
verbal, listening, and presentation, including the ability to
effectively communicate with non-native English speakers and a
global audience.Added bonus if you have--- Law Degree or Master's
Degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting / Finance,
Law/Compliance Management).--- Understanding of and/or exposure to
Toyota global operations, including TMC.--- Japanese language
