Job Description:
The Manager of Transformation will be responsible forassessing,
monitoring, and enhancing business performance for the organization
through continued innovation and improvement to business processes.
Will support org changes by working to solve inefficiencies in
processes, communication, and tools. They will also play an
important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change
through the creation and embedding of Agile and Lean methodology to
deliver sustained business transformation.
* Partner with mission and function leads to determine and propose
prioritization of areas for improvement
* Identify (through input from functions) and track broken,
inefficient, or unnecessary process and ways of working within or
across functions and teams and communicate the improvement
opportunity
* Drive continuous improvement and process innovation initiatives
across functions to enable greater speed, productivity, and
efficiency throughout the organization
* Lead the development and implementation of a plan to resolve
inefficiencies and process gaps, leveraging benchmarks to identify
and own implementation of identified improvement initiatives
* Bring recommendations for solutions to fix processes to
Amplify/PH US LT for decisions as needed
* Develop, maintain, and communicate measures or KPIs to report
progress of initiatives and demonstrate impact of process
improvements on function outcomes, productivity, etc.
* Assist in the development and implementation continuous
improvement approach and strategy for functions, leveraging tools
and methods like Agile to regularly identify opportunities to
improve processes and re-priortize or stop unnecessary or low value
work to better deliver outcomes
* Champion of Agile by providing leadership, training, and guidance
in the Agile mindset, values, and process
* Support development of learnings and best practices in Agile
usage across the organization, and partner with the Chief
Transformation Officer and Scrum Masters to elevate the business
org's agile maturity
Knowledge and Skills Required:
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field
* 5+ years continuous improvement experience from similar role
including process improvement, project management, or business
analysis
* Understanding of continuous improvement concepts and approaches
to visualize or improve ways of working; particularly, demonstrated
experience working in or successfully successfully implementing
Agile
* Embraces continuous improvement practices and Agile principles
and methods
* Skilled in consultative approach and root-cause problem solving
methodologies
* Ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders, and
communicate and collaborate with senior leaders
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
skills
* Strong proficiency in Office Suite
