The Human Resources Senior Officer will join an established Dallas hospital at the forefront of healthcare in North Texas. This facility has 800 beds and specializes in cancer care, cardiology, neurosciences, women's services, and emergency medicine. The -hospital is recognized for their Comprehensive Stroke and Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence, a level III NICU, women's imaging services and much more. - The Human Resources Director will regularly produce written or verbal reports to the President and VP HR. The HR Director will work closely with a department manager and be responsible for a team of eight HR Generalists, as well as act as a central point of coordination for employee engagement and satisfaction. - The primary responsibility of the Human Resources Officer will be to participate in the development of strategic and operational initiatives, overseeing financial performance and overall labor management, FTE budgeting, closing employment gaps and establishing long term needs, overall act as a thought leader and coaching on employee relation issues. - Ideal Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR
  • 6 - 10 years progressive HR experience in HR Operations or Employee Relations -
  • 2 - 5 years HR leadership in the Hospital/ Healthcare setting (Large scale project management or direct people management) -
  • Human Resources related certification: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP This hospital is conveniently within the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.
