Job Description:
The Human Resources Director/Sr. Director - People Services &
Solutions will lead HR service delivery across all lines of
business and geographies. As part of the Human Resources Team, the
person in this newly created role will work strategically with the
Human Resources and Operations Teams, and will manage the team to
shape the People Services & Solutions strategy for the Company. The
successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep working
knowledge of HR processes and operations to lead on large-scale
strategic development programs while motivating their remote team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other
duties and tasks may be assigned.
- People Services & Solutions
- Drive the execution plan to simplify, standardize, scale and
transform the delivery of a Team Member Support Services team.
- The goal is to formulate and drive the long-term vision and the
strategy for the team of the future with a steady focus on employee
experience, process excellence, HR Employee Relations system for
case and issue management -- effectively anticipating key trends,
opportunities, and vulnerabilities.
- Strategic Leadership
- Lead a team of People Services & Solutions professionals and
enable them for success, while helping them to increase their
team's capability in the areas of employee service, employee
relations, transactions, data entry, data accuracy and audit,
immigration and mobility, data analytics, and other core operations
functions.
- Act as a culture driver, change champion, and coach by
demonstrating an employee-centric orientation that encourages team
members to provide outstanding employee service to the
organization.
- Process & Operations
- Develop a consistent approach to service level agreements
(SLAs), key performance indicators, and performance reporting
around all employee services contacts.
- Proactive training and making recommendations to minimize
employee relations issues.
- Manage high-volume centralized employee contact center
delivering a best-in-class employee-centric experience.
- Prioritize building consistency - driving consistency and
standardization across the Company by establishing standardized
employee inquiry responses, SLA management, and the inquiry
escalation process.
- Confirm that each area maintains compliance with new or
existing federal, state and/or locally-mandated regulations and
reporting requirements and that system processes are well
documented, updated, and knowledge articles are maintained.
- Liaise with the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader to
ensure that all processes and policies align with U.S. Renal Care's
core values.
- Remain current with innovative People practices and informed on
best-in class practices to improve operational effectiveness, as
well as local and regional compliance requirements to ensure
alignment of operational service delivery and processes
- Upholds management goals of corporation by leading staff in
team concepts and promoting a team effort.
- Maintains effective personnel management and employee
relations, including evaluating the performance of all personnel;
approving and submitting all hours worked and counseling and
disciplining employees.
- Recruits, trains, develops, and supervises personnel.
