  Job Summary and Qualifications
  The RN Manager Emergency Services is responsible for assisting the Administrative Director of Emergency Services with all departmental functions in support of the hospital Mission, Vision and facility goals, and performance improvement programs. The manager identifies the cost-effective systems needed to support the business trends, resource availability and changes in customers. This position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies, including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. The manager identifies and remedies through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement. The department manager works with Senior Management in meeting facility goals.
  
  
  
  
  What qualifications you will need:
  
  
  • 
    
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
    
  • Bachelors degree in nursing (BSN) required.
    
  • MSN degree preferred.
    
  • At least 2 years of recent management experience in an acute care facility required.
    
  • Cardiovascular clinical experience preferred.
    
  • Current RN licensure by the State of Texas or from a Compact State if you declare the Compact State your Primary State of Residence
    
  • Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & PALS provider
    
  • TNCC
    
  • CEN preferred.
