**The Solution Center Project Manager** is responsible for organizing, planning, and scheduling the design, build, and launch of digital and instructor-led learning experiences for the Talent & Career Development Experience portfolio. The role efficiently manages multiple projects end-to-end with an understanding of which Solution Center Feature Teams need to be engaged, when to engage, and how to engage them. The role has a direct partnership with the learning community to understand the digital and classroom learning needs for different Lines of Business globally. This includes having a clear vision of the product delivery roadmap, adhering to processes and controls, communicating effectively with credibility, and performing end-to-end execution systematically and with efficiency.**Job Responsibilities**+ Organize and prioritize the Talent Portfolio Management (TPM) Book of Work request queue and manage several projects end-to-end for multiple learning portfolios and perform an initial review of the full request, understand the desired outcomes, and determine readiness to move forward, including gathering required information and approvals to ensure Feature Teams have what they need to complete the work.+ Define the delivery timeline based on the project's desired completion date and advance the project forward in a timely manner as required materials and information are available.+ Write Feature Team user stories consisting of short, simple descriptions of what needs to be done and use Jira to assign the stories to different teams.+ Schedule work to be completed in sprints based on portfolio priorities and team capacity. Set launch and release dates for required and recommended learning assignments, ensuring there are no conflicts with the release event calendar.+ Organize individual workload to ensure requests are completed on time with attention to detail, consistency, and accurate execution.+ Maintain oversight for multiple moving parts for multiple projects and monitor sprint progress and follow projects through to completion.+ Build and maintain close partnerships with Product, Feature Teams, and line of business stakeholders, and work collaboratively across multiple roles/teams. Anticipate questions and use regular and effective communication to explain processes and product capabilities (e.g., how and why), and keep all parties informed of how the Solution Center is progressing with delivering the book of work. Pull roles together as needed to address blockers and close communication gaps.**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**+ Project management and process excellence, including a systematic approach for end-to-end execution while adhering to standard operating procedures.+ Strong technical skills, including proficient in Microsoft Office products and capable of learning new applications required for the role.+ Customer-obsessed and Adaptable to change.+ Experience with Agile and Jira.+ Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and assess situations, then devise structured and logical approaches to solve problems and remove blockers.
