Years of Experience: Project Management certification is preferred Minimum 10-12 years of industry experience

Education Required: Bachelors Degree

- Security and operations background
- Manage the deliveries assigned to Solution Architects/Designers throughout the technical development life cycle
- Develop and maintain a high-level project plan to support specific program goals/objectives
- Facilitate JAD sessions to help establish overall technical alignment and operational readiness
- Adapt existing methods and processes to create alternative solutions for technical problems with moderate to high complexity
- Identify, document, and validate end-to-end architectural diagrams
- Spearhead the development of process flows to induce project-wide standardization
- Work alongside the Quality Assurance team to appropriately analyze and resolve defects
- Track and drive resolutions to action items, while monitoring and escalating risks and issues
- Collaboratively work and level-set with stakeholders to establish and maintain executive level status reporting, including solutioning and integration-specific dashboards.
- Responsible for defining overall structure, content and permissions associated with the team's internal Wiki site
- Communicates with the leadership program strategy, direction and changes
Additional Preferred Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills. Detail-oriented, organized and good time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in Cable BSS/OSS a plus.
