escrow solutions to clients across the world. Teams are constantly

their businesses. The organization combines four lines of business:
Merchant Services, Treasury Services, Commercial Card and Trade
Finance to help clients manage working capital and increase
operational efficiency.The Acquiring and SMB (A&SMB) Operations
team is comprised of key back-office functions that are focused on
providing a best in class experience to our clients and our
employees.We are seeking a highly talented candidate for a
full-time position on our A&SMB Operations Reporting and
Analytics team. The successful candidate will work as part of a
small team focused on operations executive business reporting,
business event synchronization/organization, operational
performance reporting, project support/leadership, and high
priority efficiency initiatives with a focus on the functional
areas of merchant related operations.Specifically, this role will
work directly with the senior operations management across the
functional areas to provide executive organization support
including presentations to senior leaders, data visualization and
telling the story of operational performance and strategies. The
key objective of this position is to provide excellent
organizational skills and leadership to a complex and fast-paced
business environment. Ad hoc reporting / analytics capabilities
will also be required in this role. The A&SMB Operations
Reporting and Analytics organization is laser focused on assisting
its internal constituents with meeting their objectives of being
customer obsessed, achieving a high level of operational
efficiency, and delivering an excellent client and employee
experience.Key focus areas include:
- Coordinate, collect, consolidate, and effectively communicate
information necessary to support Ops senior leadership team as
relates to operations management
- Work hand-in-hand with operation executives to balance
financials, track down changes and present them in a clear
effective manner
- Take lead in creating/maintaining effective operational systems
while clearly communicating them to senior leadership teams.
- Partner with Ops Executives and the Reporting & Analytics team
to create high quality executive presentations, as well as ad hoc
views and special topic storylines / pages
- Participate in planning key business initiatives, working
across businesses and functions to frame strategy, structure
actionable solutions, and track execution
- Provide data and reporting to be used in developing
high-quality business presentations that distill complex ideas into
simple, clear, and actionable messages for leadership
- Coordinate initiatives with stakeholders across the
organization and monitor initiative outcomes to ensure ongoing
alignment to strategic objectives
- Articulate and document complex and ambiguous topics in an easy
to digest executive level communication for management meetings and
business reviews
- Assist business in driving efficiencies and managing risks
impacting finance and budgets
- Collaborate with functional leads to develop strategies to
achieve organization goals and deliver world class client and
employee experience
- Identify cross-impacts, dependencies, and impediments to
progress and ensure they are addressedQualifications / Personal
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required with a preferred emphasis in a field
such as Finance, Operations, or Business Management with 5+ years
of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with proven,
demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of an
organization (written, voice, and in person)
- Analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills, which
require interpreting large amounts of data and its impact to
operations and production, ability to consolidate and tell a
story.
- Strong experience with creating professional presentations and
communication for consumption by senior executives.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Power-Point
etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines,
calmness under pressure and adapt to unexpected circumstances -
capable of navigating in dynamic and complex environments
- Experience in managing programs and strategic initiatives
across multiple functions
- Must be self-directed with the ability to multi-task and keep a
strong attention to detail
- A critical thinker with the ability to understand, dissect and
analyze information and provide sustainable solutions; capable of
challenging the norm and making recommendations
- Ability to manage complexity while fostering open
communication
- Energetic and results oriented team player
- Knowledge of Call Center and/or Merchant Services ECC
