Job Description:
The Raising Cane's Meetings & Events team leads the development,
planning, and successful execution of nationwide events for Raising
Cane's. We value teamwork, creativity, learning, relationships, and

objectives.As a member of the Events team, you work closely with
the Cane's Love [Recognition Team], Travel & Logistics,
Communications, Office Support, and Operations Support teams to
manage and execute all strategic events. This role is responsible
for leading cross-collaborative event planning teams, producing
event proposals, developing, and managing event budgets, and
executing Raising Cane's internal events and conferences.Secondary
duties will include ideating meeting & event themes and structure,
negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, arranging
food and beverage, conducting onsite inspections, aligning cultural
elements, and onsite meeting & event execution.The Meetings &
Events team is a high functioning group whose success depends on
teamwork and cross collaboration. Additional responsibilities will
include, but not limited to, responding to event attendees'
questions, status reporting & tracking, supporting departments at
our Support Office with hosting meetings, event attendee
projections, event budget forecasting and expense tracking, and
post event reconciliation.At Raising Cane's, we serve the perfect

Primary Responsibilities--- Direct the planning and execution of
Raising Cane's Events and Conferenceo Events include, but are not
limited to, Company events hosted at large, external venues,
large-scale conferences, internal corporate office events onsite,
regionalized meetings for field based internal attendees, and
smaller scale events at our support offices --- Own executing
high-quality events managing all aspects of the event from start to
finish, including sourcing venues, managing suppliers, writing
communications, supporting attendees, on-site event management, and
attendee feedback--- Lead in relaying information between
collaborative teams and key stakeholders--- Own operational event
timelines and ensure milestones are tracked and met; seek and
secure resources as needed--- Manage cross collaborative team
meetings and communications to staff, consultants, vendors, and
other stakeholders to plan and prepare seamless operation before,
during, and after events--- Lead research and book venues, touring
or coordinating tours as needed--- Selects suppliers, caterers,
staff, and entertainment--- Anticipate attendee needs, mitigate
risks of logistical failures, and ensure effective reporting of
problems and/or challenges--- Develop and execute post-event
debriefs of wins, losses, and lessons learned and work continuously
to improve events and their execution--- Brainstorm, develop, and
implement concepts and themes with the collaboration of our
internal Creative team--- Prepare budgets, manage expenses, process
invoices; maintain notes and tracking documents--- Direct staff and
external collaborators to process defining goals and audiences for
internal and external events--- Develops and manage attendee lists
with our internal Operations Team; has a strong understanding of
all roles within the organization and gains alignment for final
invite list--- Drives communication to attendees in collaboration
with the Communications Team --- Responsible to produce print items
related to the event [including, but not limited to name badges,
signage, awards, print materials, promotional item giveaways, post
event keepsakes]--- Designs the onsite strategy for registration
check-in stations, badge printing and distribution of event
materials--- Partners with internal Travel and Logistics team to
support scope of work across events--- Supports the development and
follow up of team status reports, project timelines and run of
shows in collaboration with our internal Communications

Strong track record of success and career progression in corporate
event management with increasing levels of responsibility--- 10+
Years of experience corporate event planning desired--- Continuing
education, training, or certification related to event management
is preferred --- Adobe Design familiarity (e.g., InDesign) is a
requirement--- Experience with the following types of platforms:
webinar technologies (Zoom and Microsoft Teams), SharePoint---
Experience with managing, maintaining, and usage of CVENT Connect
