POSITION TITLE: Practice Manager ( Christian Pro Life
Organization )CLASSIFICATION: Exempt - 64K, with 5K Sign On - (6
month temp possible extension )TYPE: Full time ( Monday - Friday
)REPORTS TO: Regional Director of Clinic ServicesSUMMARY:The
Practice Manager is responsible for the management of the programs,
staff, and services directly related to the clients of an assigned
Health Care Center in order to assist Human Coalition achieve its
mission of existing to rescue children and serve families across
America. Human Coalition is an innovative, energetic,
compassion-driven non-profit organization with the purpose to end
abortion.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:ManagementEnsure that operational and
medical policies and procedures are carried out by the client
services staff, medical staff, volunteer receptionists,
preventative care and continuum of care staffReview client files
and offer suggestions and encouragement to client service staff and
volunteer receptionistsHold regular meetings with staff to discuss
client and staff needsOversee client records and effective
follow-up of clients by client service staff and volunteer
counselorsOversee training and operation of the client service
staff and volunteersOversee scheduling of all client service staff,
medical staff and volunteersAttend weekly staff meetingsPlan
regular interaction with the Regional Director to relate client or
client service staff and medical staff needs, progress of client
programs and services, problems, goal setting and
implementationInterview and make recommendations for hiring of
program staffProvide leadership, direction and supervision to
program staffConduct yearly written and oral performance
evaluations of personnelResponsible for the Life Decision (LD) &
Effective Rate (ER) for Client Services at assigned WCC, including
reporting the most accurate numbers and working to operate each
area effectivelyResponsible to change personnel, client flow
process, and training if needed to effectively produce results for
LD and ER Client ServicesOversee the compilation of statistical
reports, accurate record keeping, and present reports to the
Regional Director weeklyEvaluate, select and maintain the needed
educational materials and referral resources for client useProvide
client counseling and services when staff is not availableMaintain
policies and procedures manual for the operation of the WCC and
ensure compliance of those policies and proceduresOversee client
counseling and all other services and programs provided for
clientsWork with nurse manager, client service staff and
sonographers as a team to ensure that clients receive excellent
service at all timesEnsure the medical staff complies at all times
with the doctor's standing orders, policies and proceduresEnsure
WCC always complies with relevant federal, state and local
lawsEnsure that all programs and services are following all office
policies & procedures and are providing excellent standard of
carePreventative Care (if offered at assigned location)Oversee the
Abstinence Education programEvaluate program for its effectiveness,
providing resources, training, reporting methodology that improves
quality of each areaEnsure program always complies with relevant
federal, state and local laws TrainingDevelop and nurture client
service staff, medical staff and volunteers to assist in
operational proceduresHold regular meetings with staff to discuss
client and staff needs, progress and goal setting, and
implementationPublic RelationsWork with the Continuum of Care
Coordinator to maintain a working relationship with organizations
that refer or accept referrals from the WCCParticipate in speaking
engagements and special events as necessaryReasonable

EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related
field(3) - (5) years of experience in a helping profession or in a
