Grow. with us.Who we're looking forToyota's Sales Division is looking for Staff Managers to fulfill the Management Development Rotation Program (MDRP). MDRP is an established program that provides developmental opportunities for team members who are currently in a Toyota Sales Region or Lexus Sales area field organization and interested in continuing their career growth in a key field Sales or Service & Parts management position.Team Members selected for MDRP will be offered career development rotation positions within the Toyota/Lexus Field office and corporate departments to gain additional work experience. During these assignments, team members selected are expected to demonstrate strong leadership skills and a high level of work performance for future job growth consideration into positions with greater responsibilities.Toyota/Lexus division management will review, interview, and then select candidates from this posting based on their experience, education, work history, performance, and potential ability to perform in leadership roles within a 3-year period. MDRP candidates should expect to be in a position anywhere from 6 to 36 months and can expect more than one developmental position rotation.What you'll be doing The individual selected will be given the opportunity to gain exposure and execute critical job functions across the organization. Possible positions and rotational experience include Market Rep, Demand and Supply, Parts and Service, and Sales (Toyota and Lexus).Qualification SectionQualificationsWhat you bring Bachelor's degree or higher in business or automotive-related discipline, or relevant professional experience.Demonstrated progressive working knowledge of all phases of the retail and wholesale, or service, parts, and accessories or related automotive experience and/or staff manager level experience.Demonstrated progressive experience in Vehicle Supply, Market Representation, Customer Services Field, and/or Vehicle Field Sales experience.Experience managing people with direct dealer contact with the ability to deliver exceptional vendor communications while engaging dealer contacts). Willing to relocate multiple times (Note: relocation to Plano is optional and candidates available to work remote).Willing to travel up to 20%.Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills across cross-functional business groups.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Added bonus if you have MBA or advanced degree.What we'll bringDuring your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
