The Office Concierge is someone with a high level of attention to a variety of daily tasks, as well as unpredictable or unexpected issues which arise and may demand creative thinking, patience, taking initiative, and a follow-through attitude! This person will be responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly and that the administrative needs are met as well as establishing strong relationships with each department to provide support and assistance as needed. Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk responsibilities such as; greeting and assisting visitors, answer and transfer phone calls, manage mail, etc.
  • Manage calendars and bookings of meetings and general office space
  • Maintain the organization, appearance, and overall cleanliness of the office including kitchen area
  • Maintain inventory and stock of all office and kitchen/pantry supplies
  • Provide exceptional service and support to all employees, suppliers, visitors, and vendors
  • Plan and execute office events, activities, and internal gatherings for the team
  • Maintain coffee and snack preparation throughout the office
  • Fill and deliver drink/snack carts for meetings
  • Be flexible and available for on-the-fly tasks
  • Responsible for any daily assigned tasks given by leadersRequirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ years of experience working in an office environment or similar role
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Energetic and uplifting personality
    • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
    • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
      • Comfortable standing up to 8 hours a day
      • Ability to lift 25lbs or more
