us!Position Summary: Responsible for overseeing a team of Senior
Software Engineers to build enterprise software solutions. Leads
the team by providing technology guidance and direction to ensure
high quality and efficient software solutions are developed for
business problems. Manages the team's technology design and
implementation efforts. Defines development plans and mentors team
members to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the
company's policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws
and regulations, wherein the company operates. Responsibilities:
Provide technical direction to the team on multiple software
development projects using various back-end technologies, including
.NET Core, C#, SQL Server and NoSQL databases, front-end
technologies (Angular/HTML5) and Microsoft Azure applications,
services and databases.Be the a hands-on technology leader who will
oversee development process, ensure timely project delivery, lead,
mentor and closely collaborate with a team of Software
Engineers.Stay current with new technologies and identify
opportunities for innovative ideas and solutions in making choices
of the use of best practices and technologies.Work with Business to
define and clarify requirements, communicate software engineering
project progress to stakeholders, ensure projects align with and
are delivered based on business needs.Research and select
implemented systems that are cost-effective, scalable, high
performance and reusable.Perform other duties and projects as
assigned. Requirements: Demonstrate knowledge of, adherence to,
monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal
regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.Minimum of
ten (10) years of experience developing web applications on .NET
Core / framework with C#, developing APIs and web services, working
with SQL Server and NoSQL databases, and developing
enterprise-level scalable and highly-available systems.Well versed
with Microsoft Azure experience and implementation of cloud native
systems.Front-end development using Angular and/or other modern
Javascript frameworks.Lead teams with Agile mindset with a focus on
continuous delivery of business value while also implementing
systems that are cost-effective, scalable, highly performant and
reusable.Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal
communication skills. Should be able to work seamlessly with
Business, understand their needs and lay out requirements for the
tech teams. Excellent teamwork, organizational and time management
skills.Ability to make decisions that have moderate impact on the
immediate work unit and cross-functional departments.Ability to
organize and prioritize work schedules on a short-term and
long-term basis.Ability to provide consultation and expert advice
to management.Ability to deal with complex problems involving
multiple facets and variables in non-standard situations.Ability to
work with little to no supervision while performing duties.Minimum
five (5) years of management experience preferred.Experience in the
mortgage industry is a plus.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
or related engineering field required and a minimum of ten (10)
