About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Finance
Analyst...In this role, you will:Reporting into the Technology
FP&A Expense Planning Lead the role is responsible for
consolidating the Technology financials, specifically as it
pertains to internally developed software. This position will
requires a high level of skill and experience in order to manage
the complexities of the business across the enterprise functions
with the ability to drive the processes in a proactive manner
versus a reactionary manner and create the foundation for the
actual spend and financial planning. The candidate will have at a
minimum the following responsibilities:--- Create and maintain a
Budget and Forecast for the internally developed software within WF
Technology.--- Establish a capital plan to be leverage by
Technology Finance to budget and forecast non-labor related
expenses. --- Build partnerships with Corporate Controllers as well
as the Technology portfolio team linking the accounting policies to
the Technology book of work--- Ensure the Budget and Forecast
processes are inventory driven to capture the details to make
decisions related to expense requests--- Create monthly pre-close
and accrual review processes to ensure there is transparency and
reporting before and through reported results of assets rolling off
and assets added to the balance sheet--- Lead the calculation and
oversight of overall average rates for Technology ensuring the
expense base is properly recovered across multiple streams---
Establish processes and governance to review overall Technology
recoveries and deviation from actual finance results--- Partner
with the Technology Finance Investment Strategy Team to synchronize
the portfolio financial planning and forecasting process--- Ensure
proper preparation of financial materials for operating reviews and
reports--- Provide support as needed for strategy decks and other
ad-hoc financial analysesPosition Responsibilities and Expected

experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination
