What will your job look like?

• Lead the process of developing meaningful insights and defining successful strategies
• Construct clear, simplified stories to solve complex business problems by applying consulting frameworks, methodologies, and structured processes
• Proactively and positively manage process while working with cross functional teams, while enabling all project team members to contribute positively
• Be a thought-leader in industry domains, speaking to high level executives in various forums
• Take a key role in managing and developing the Corporate Strategy team including internal processes such as training, recruiting, staffing and coaching
  All you need is...
  • At least 3 years in strategy consulting for large enterprise organizations
  • Consulting background in growth strategy, enterprise strategy, or corporate strategy either in house or through companies like Umlaut, McKinsey, Accenture, Kearney and Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, PWC, etc.
  • Experienced in communicating the firm's strategy across the firm to key external stakeholders in coordination with the corporate communication and marketing groups
