As a global digital consultancy delivering end-to-end digital solutions to the world's largest enterprises and biggest brands, we're helping companies in DFW to digitally transform and prepare for tomorrow.Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Scrum Master in our Dallas, TX office.This position will perform all of the responsibilities of a scrum master including leading daily scrums for multiple scrum teams, leading retrospectives, guiding sprint planning and presenting sprint demos. This position will interact with the overall agile delivery lead, client stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, developers and QA engineers on a daily basis to deliver requested functionality.Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Protect scrum teams from outside distractions, impediments, and maintain focus on completing product backlog items
• Support agile activities, including user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, product backlog grooming, and identifying key dependencies and risks
• Provide guidance to teams on internal and external communication, improving transparency, and being self-organized and self-managed
• Recommend and implement the use of agile metrics to provide feedback and monitor trends in productivity, quality, and predictability
• Coordinate with client stakeholders and scrum teams to track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Collaborate with Agile Delivery Lead on the creation of the solution roadmap and providing timely status of deliverables related to roadmap execution Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Scrum Master experience leading agile scrum teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • 5+ years of experience working on custom software development/delivery projects
  • Experience with agile management and tracking tools, for example Jira, Rally or Pivotal Tracker
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience working with Web projects, including dotcom, content management, and/or commerce web sites
    • Experience working with external clients is preferred
